Opening a shop on AvalonPak is free! We charge a flat 4% commission on each order's payment, regardless of the product category. This ensures a transparent and straightforward fee structure for all our sellers.

You can add products by logging into your seller dashboard and clicking on "Add Product." Fill out the product details, upload high-quality images, and set your price.

+ Can I Edit or Remove My Products After Listing Them?

Yes, you can edit or remove your products at any time from your seller dashboard. Changes will be reflected on the website within minutes.

+ How Will I Receive Payments for My Sales?

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders typically take around 7 days to be delivered after the seller ships the order. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier service efficiency.

+ When Will the Seller Receive Payment for COD Orders?

The seller receives payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders after the order is successfully delivered and confirmed. Payments are usually processed within 7-10 business days after delivery.

+ What Happens If the Buyer Refuses to Accept the COD Order?

If the buyer refuses the order, the shipment is marked for return. The courier service will send the package back to the seller’s address, and return shipping charges will not apply on seller.

+ Can I Track My Cash on Delivery Order?
